Client Background: A leading rental business operating across 50 countries faced significant operational hurdles during their transition from an in-house legacy system to a SaaS rental software. The shift aimed to modernize their operations but introduced challenges in visualizing real-time data across their depots.

Solution Development:

  1. Custom Dashboard Design: Our initial step involved detailed discussions with warehouse personnel to understand their workflow, usage patterns, and specific needs.   3. Interactive Kanban System: To further refine the operational process, we introduced a reactive Kanban system within the dashboard. This feature dynamically displayed the preparation stages of orders across depots. We integrated specific metrics and trigger-based flags to enhance monitoring and response capabilities.
  4. Integration of Communication Logs: Recognizing the importance of team interaction in managing operations, we developed a feature that leveraged comments from discussion logs.   5. Deployment: As per the client’s requirement we deployed the solution on Azure.
